Oberon: Results

Well, I did horrible in Oberon...

I got taken out of the running early due to a noob mistake...

I should have won, but I forgot that the Old Witch got Stealth due to Prowl... So my assassination run failed...

I just concede after that...

I did win my 2 remaining games, but that early loss took its toll on my SoS...

Ah well...

Another Oberon Update!

Okie, Markov is done and I've just started on the IFPs...

Oberon Update: Vlad2 and Drago Done!

Okie...

I've finished Vlad2 and Drago...

All that's left is Markov, 1 minimum unit of IFP + UA and 1 min unit of IFP + Black Dragon UA...

Should hit my deadline if I can keep this pace...

I actually still made some changes after thsi pic. Place some Molten Bronze on the inner and lower shoulder pads.

This make me think Drago is always singing "I want to break free"

Road to Oberon Update

A few things happened to my plan for Oberon...

The biggest is that my friend decided to join and since I had accepted his comission to paint his army I now have to finish what I can so he can join...

So... Today's update will be KHADOR! *cough cough*

Oberon 2013: Highest Standard for Local Tournament by Far

Today marks the first day of July, and the start of the countdown to the first Oberon tournament. Its a tournement that hopes to set a bench mark of local tournaments here in the Philippines. Its has high requirments than all the past tournements, fully painted, fully based, 50 points with specialist maximum of 2 lists.

Rewards are pretty high as well, Official PP coins along with GCs for the Fortress LGS. 4000 php for the champion, 2000 php for teh second place and 1000 php for the third place.

Now I'm already qualified to join if I'm just going to bring a single list, well almost. I still need to base some of my models but that's kind of the easy part. I however want to play with two lists, and being the lazy ass bastard that I am, I plan to cheat playing two lists. I already got my Haley1, so I plan to swap her and the character solos out of my stryker1 list to get a second list.

This means that I have some work to do, so I'm starting my road to Oberon. I'll be posting updates on progress with the work. Now below is the sope of work I need to complete in 26 days.

• Base the following:
• 10 Sword Knights
• 3 Stormpods
• 1 Dismounted Laddermore
• 1 Journeyman Warcaster
• Primer, Paint and Base the follwing
• Haley1
• Runewood
• Eyriss2
